About the camp
Camp Rising Sun - is a prestigious and unique international youth camp, held annually in New York, USA.
The program takes place during the summer months and brings together youth from around the world, who undergo a strict screening process.
Representatives from dozens of different countries participate in the camp, with Israel having a long tradition of representation.
Many of the delegates who took part in the camp went on to excel and lead in the fields of academia, social and public leadership, diplomacy, and more.
The camp's alumni organization
The goal of the alumni organization is to raise young leaders who are committed to their environment, to bring cultures closer together, and to provide an extraordinary and challenging experience for its participants, the most important goal of which is the personal empowerment of those with leadership potential, who in the future will contribute to the society they live in.
We believe that developing and investing in the future generation will produce good and successful leaders here, who emphasize the good of society and advocate mutual responsibility and social action.
The program is operated and managed by a number of Israeli graduates who have participated in it over the years and decided to establish an Israeli organization that continues the program's path in Israel, selects representatives who are sent to represent Israel at a camp in the US each year, and works to foster generations of young leaders who will contribute to society and meaningful work.
